Sally Strong
Sally has over 10 years of training and consultancy experience delivering many bespoke
events as well as numerous away days and team building events. Sally has experience
of working with all sectors of the economy as well as managers and leaders from all
levels. She is highly experienced in the identification of training needs, innovative
design, interactive delivery and evaluation of various corporate training events.
Sally ensures that her workshops are cutting edge, relevant and in some of her delivery
uses new and innovative material from Florida State University.
Sally started her career at the Office for National Statistics as a business manager
responsible for a department of approx. 100 staff and soon moved into the training
department as a training consultant working internally and across the government
statistical service. She has worked as a Senior Leadership Trainer at Legal & General
where she specialised in ‘Coaching for High Performance’, Customer Experience, Mentoring
skills and MBTI team events. More recently spent 4 years as one of the Directors
of a highly successful business services group which was in Welsh fast Growth 50
for the last 3 years.
Her areas of specialism now include: Management, Leadership and Personal Development
Programmes (accredited and bespoke), Equality & Diversity, Performance Management,
Negotiating & Influencing, Executive Coaching and MBTI.
