Prith Biant
Prith began her career in the voluntary sector, Equalities and Diversity field, following
a degree in Communication Studies. She then went on to work in local government where
she was responsible for the strategic grants programme and then moved into social
care, where the focus of her work changed to improving front line services.
Working with both managers at a strategic level and users of services she was involved
in bringing about a number key changes including new quality standards, developing
careers support services and improved methods of communication for people with disabilities.
In 2006 Prith graduated with a Masters degree in Management (MBA) and discovered
a passion for creativity. Since then she has developed this interest further and
now delivers a suite of training courses in creative thinking. Prith firmly believes
that creativity is a skill than can be developed by anyone given the right tools
and encouragement.
