How well do your people come across to others?

The rules for achieving career success are changing. We are now judged not only on academic ability, training and expertise, but also upon how we handle ourselves and other people. In every field of work it is crucial to improve our ‘soft’ management skills. These are the skills that allow us to get the best from staff members, work colleagues, management, customers and suppliers, the ‘portable’ skills and qualities which will assist you on your career path, whatever it may be.

An initial one-to-one with participant and line manager is conducted to establish programme objectives and a willingness to participate.  A business based project is defined during the programme to provide both a meaningful work environment for the participant to apply the management tools and achieve a measurable payback.  A mid point and end of programme one-to-one session with line manager will assesses achievement of objectives. Participants conclude their development by providing formal feedback on their business based project.
