The Outcome
Andrew commenced his project in March 2009 by facilitating meetings, first with the
process engineer and production supervisor and then with the operators. After explaining
the outcome he wanted to achieve on a particular contract, Andrew asked for, and
recorded the teams ideas and suggestions. Andrew then worked on a plan to improve
the process. Three months later the efficiency in box build for that particular contract
has increased to 90-
