Jenny White

Jenny has over 12 years experience within Human Resources, Training and Recruitment in a  diverse range of sectors to include Public Sector, Manufacturing, Automotive, Catering and Retail.

In the last 6 years, Jenny has worked in a consultancy role assisting businesses with their HR and recruitment requirements.

Major projects have included TUPE (Transfer of Undertaking, Protection of Employment), Redundancy Planning, Improving Absence Rates, Union Negotiations and Employee Surveys.

Jenny is also widely experienced in assisting businesses with setting (and changing) terms and conditions of employment, handling discipline and grievance in the workplace and mediation.

In addition to the above she is also able to deliver a wide range of training packages covering the following topics: Discipline and Grievance, The Equality Act, Handling Sickness Absence in the Workplace and An Employment Law Overview for Line Managers.
