The Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) was established in November 2001 from the merger of NEBS Management and the ISM (Institute for Supervision and Management), and was formally launched on 10th October 2002. ILM is part of the City & Guilds Group. The City & Guilds of London Institute was incorporated by Royal Charter and founded in 1878.

Palladium has been an approved ILM Provider since 2002 and has recently gained ILM Centre Status, approved to deliver ILM National Qualifications up to and including Level 5. Successful completion of a Palladium Development Programme or Modular Workshop provides eligibility for the ILM Endorsed or Development Award.

All registered candidates can benefit by becoming a studying member of the ILM for one year and can enjoy a range of member benefits accessible through the ILM website.
