Helen Stevens

Helen has a successful and proven track record in designing and delivering bespoke training initiatives to support business solutions in both the Corporate and Public sector. Her specialisations are Field and Tele-Sales Management Account Management, Customer Service, Managing Customers, Communication Skills, Coaching, and Performance Management.

Prior to her current role as an Associate Consultant and Trainer, Helen was a much respected Senior Manager with Britvic Soft Drinks. As the National Telephone Business Manager she was responsible for 12 Telesales and Customer Service Managers across four divisions, managing the both operations and associated account management functions. She launched a learning and development programme to optimise skills, costs and business objectives during Britvic’s change management programme.

Helen is an inspirational trainer with well developed interpersonal and communication skills. Combined with a commercial awareness and a passion for people development, she has an energetic customer focused approach to delivering training and development solutions.
