Helen Mayne

Helen re-joined Palladium in March 2011 after an absence of 12 months, during which she spent time developing her skills in photography and video editing with a local training company. She has both knowledge and experience in delivering painting (BIG Picture) and Film Making (Commercial Break) based team events with a variety of management and non-management groups.

Her technical knowledge to provide expert delegate direction is support by a BA (Hons) Degree in Documentary Film and Television together with a Foundation Degree in Fine Art.

Her other main responsibility at Palladium is the management of our in-house and externally booked conference requirements for all learning events. This requires liaising with Programme Director, Executive Trainers, Clients, Delegates and external providers. Helen manages (with additional support from the administration team) up to 12 learning events per week ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Her ability to competently fulfil this role is a reflection on her extensive experience in the hospitality market sector (Best Western Hotels and Conference Centres) gained during her university years.

Helen has also just completed the ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management and will continue to develop her knowledge by attending many more of Palladium programmes.
