Emily Allison

Emily has been working within the business development field for training providers form more than 14 years.  Emily started her career by working with Mid Glamorgan Training & Enterprise Council on her placement year at University.  On graduation she gained employment with a training provider based in Treforest.

Throughout her career, she has worked with over 750 organisations across public and private sectors assisting them with identifying their training and development needs through to implementation across Wales and England.

One of Emily’s key strengths is identifying funding opportunities and assisting both businesses and individuals through ReAct, ProAct, Skills Growth Wales & SEMTA – Tailor Made Training Project.  She is also highly experienced in compiling bids and tenders, forming collaborative partnerships and assisting training providers grow their client bases.  

Emily is currently undertaking the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership to enhance her personal development.
