Breakfast Seminars


Palladiums first breakfast seminar will be held on the 22nd February

and will be covering the topic of Coaching.

Coaching is a key characteristic of effective leadership. It is the process of helping individuals maximise their potential to the benefit of themselves, the team


and the organisation. Coaching can be a powerful tool for developing leadership capability but only if the coaches possess the high-level knowledge, skills


and personal qualities required to operate at this level. This seminar will provide a range of coaching and facilitating methods and techniques to bring the best out of their people.
